Job Overview Key Responsibilities Gathering invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients in a timely and efficient manner. Scanning through information to identify pertinent details, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date. Correcting errors and organizing information in a manner that optimizes swift and accurate capturing, maintaining the highest level of data integrity. Creating accurate spreadsheets to track and analyze data, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions. Entering and updating information into relevant databases, ensuring that all data is accurate, complete, and secure. Ensuring data is backed up regularly, maintaining the security and integrity of our systems. Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered, providing prompt and effective solutions to minimize disruptions. Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner, optimizing retrieval and minimizing storage requirements. Handling additional duties from time to time, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in basic skills and knowledge. 1+ years of experience in a relevant field, such as data entry, administration, or customer service, showcasing your ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good command of English, both written and verbal, ensuring effective communication with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel, demonstrating proficiency in creating and editing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
