Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: In-depth experience with Cisco ACI and Cisco SD-WAN, with a strong understanding of routing and switching principles. Experience with Cisco LAN/WAN and CCNA/CCNP qualifications, demonstrating a high level of technical competence. A strong understanding of network, voice, and contact centre solutions, with the ability to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
