Our commitment to innovation and customer-centricity has earned us a reputation as one of Canada's most respected debt solution providers. **Job Summary** As a Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining information in our databases, preparing documentation for filing, and providing administrative support to our team. You will work closely with our administration team to ensure the efficient administration of files, respond to queries and requests from creditors and debtors, and maintain client confidentiality. **Responsibilities** * Prepare documentation for filing and/or associated correspondence * Obtain all proper supporting information and documentation to ensure a proper, efficient administration of the file (including, but not limited to income and other tax filings, asset realizations) * Respond in a timely manner to ongoing queries and requests from creditors and debtors * Liaise with the administration team, including, but not limited to, assisting with obtaining information, documentation, and following up on complex issues where input and interpretation are requested * Use Microsoft Dynamics CRM to extract file details and information * Prepare and review files for completeness and follow up on outstanding documents * Liaise with internal clients for clarification and issue resolution * Organize file documents in accordance with our naming protocols * Calculate income and surplus income obligations * Understand relevant legal requirements of multiple provincial jurisdictions * Perform relevant searches for insolvency, Personal Property Security Act registrations, house valuations, and computation of realizable value * Create all documents required for signature * Review sign-up documents for accuracy and policy compliance as well as filing documents with Official Receiver (OR) * Accurately transfer pertinent information from written and scanned records into Ascend (our internal software) * Maintain client confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential * Liaise with external clients for clarification or outstanding documents * Electronic filing of statutory documents * Prepare documents for DocuSign * Review amended proposals * Other tasks may be assigned as necessary **Qualifications** * Experienced performing data entry with a proven high level of accuracy * Extremely detail-oriented * Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills * Proficient technical skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); able to learn computer software quickly * Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM would be an asset * Able to work independently and efficiently * Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey information to others * Good interpersonal skills to speak and deal effectively with other staff members **Why Join blithequark?** * Flexible work arrangements * Vacation and wellness days * Extended health and dental coverage as well as a virtual doctor plan * Employee Assistance Program and mental health resources * Company matching retirement savings plan * Financial support for professional development * Annual company events * Exclusive access to perks and discounts **Our Culture at blithequark** At blithequark, we're in the business of helping people – and this ethos extends not only to our clients, but to our employees, partners.
