[Remote] PAS Operations Support Specialist

As a PAS Operations Support Specialist, you will support and maintain PAS Operations, accurately extract and enter data from various EMR systems, and act as a liaison between users and leadership. Responsibilities Continuously monitor and report on the supply and demand of case consults in the web-based portal work queue. Perform hourly operational evaluations and make appropriate workflow adjustments to accommodate supply and demand Accurately extract relevant data from multiple EMR systems Enter extracted data into the R1 PAS online portal with precision and attention to detail. Attach e-faxed medical records to corresponding cases in the PAS portal application Resolve requests on your own immediately or redirect in real time to the right person or department who can resolve them Act as the central contact and communication hub between clients and internal employees, managing inbound and outbound calls Resolve as much as possible of real-time troubleshooting machine/software failures, portal malfunctions, and portal user errors.
