**Experienced Data Entry Clerk (Remote) – Debt Solution Provider**

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our databases, providing administrative support, and ensuring seamless communication with our clients and stakeholders. If you're a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional results, we'd love to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Preparing documentation for filing and associated correspondence, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail * Obtaining supporting information and documentation to facilitate efficient administration of files, including income and tax filings, asset realizations, and more * Responding promptly to queries and requests from creditors and debtors, providing timely and effective communication * Liaising with the administration team to obtain information, documentation, and resolving complex issues * Using Microsoft Dynamics CRM to extract file details and information, ensuring seamless data management * Preparing and reviewing files for completeness, following up on outstanding documents, and ensuring accuracy * Liaising with internal clients for clarification and issue resolution, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction * Organizing file documents according to our naming protocols, ensuring efficient and secure data storage * Calculating income and surplus income obligations, understanding relevant legal requirements of multiple provincial jurisdictions * Performing relevant searches for insolvency, Personal Property Security Act registrations, house valuations, and computation of realizable value * Creating documents required for signature, reviewing sign-up documents for accuracy and policy compliance, and filing documents with the Official Receiver * Accurately transferring pertinent information from written and scanned records into Ascend, our internal software * Maintaining client confidentiality and protecting operations by keeping information secure * Liaising with external clients for clarification or outstanding documents, ensuring seamless communication * Electronic filing of statutory documents, preparing documents for DocuSign, and reviewing amended proposals * Performing other tasks as necessary, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment **Qualifications and Skills** To succeed as a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll need: * Experience performing data entry with a proven high level of accuracy * Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on precision and accuracy * Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), with the ability to learn computer software quickly * Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is an asset, but not required * Ability to work independently and efficiently, with a high level of self-motivation and accountability * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information effectively to others * Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients **Compensation, Benefits, and Perks** As a valued member of the arenaflex team, you'll enjoy: * Flexible work arrangements, allowing you to work remotely from the comfort of your own space * Vacation and wellness days, ensuring you have time to recharge and prioritize your well-being * Extended health and dental coverage, as well as a virtual doctor plan, to support your physical and mental health * Employee Assistance Program and mental health resources, providing support and guidance when you need it * Company matching retirement savings plan, helping you build a secure financial future * Financial support for professional development, enabling you to grow and advance in your career * Annual company events, fostering a sense of community and connection with your colleagues **Our Commitment to Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating an inclusive, diverse, and equitable workplace culture, where everyone feels valued and respected.
