Key Responsibilities As a Data Entry and Accounting Clerk at arenaflex, your primary focus will be on accurately transferring data from paper documents into our digital database. You will be working closely with our data management team, reporting to a senior data team member or data manager. Your responsibilities will include: Transferring data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners. Typing in data provided directly from customers with high accuracy and speed. Creating spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes, utilizing your excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets such as MS Office Word and Excel. Verifying data by comparing it to source documents to ensure accuracy and integrity. Updating existing data to keep our database current and relevant. Retrieving data from the database or electronic files as requested by the team or management. Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation and security. Sorting and organizing paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost and is properly archived. Understanding Data Confidentiality At arenaflex, we take data confidentiality very seriously.
