Experienced Remote Interviewer and Customer Service Representative - Telemed Support and Client Engagement Specialist

Job Purpose and Responsibilities The primary purpose of this role is to support the Telemed team by ensuring all incoming work is assigned and completed within the same day. As a remote interviewer and customer service representative, your daily duties will include answering incoming telephones for Telemed interviews, field offices, agents, brokers, applicants, and clients. You will also handle complaints as needed and demonstrate a basic understanding of the paramedical process. Your key responsibilities will include: Conducting interviews to obtain health history and personal information from clients applying for insurance Promoting professionalism and adhering to confidentiality agreements Providing exceptional customer service to support the mission statement and develop, enhance, and promote quality customer service through team efforts Exhibiting flexibility, sensitivity, and respect, maintaining a working relationship with all team members Attending and participating in development programs to maintain certification and continue to improve skills Cross-training to other positions as directed and training teammates on new tasks and mentoring new employees Answering questions on process and system functionality and exhibiting a professional demeanor at all times while representing arenaflex Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A High School diploma or equivalent Good organizational skills, effective communication skills, and critical thinking The ability to work compatibly as a team member with co-workers The ability to logically think and determine the next step to pursue Preferred qualifications include: 6 months of customer service experience Knowledge of medical terminology Remote Work Requirements To work remotely for arenaflex, you will need: A desktop or laptop computer with Windows 10 or newer (no Chromebooks, iPads, or tablets) A second monitor (prior to starting this position, if hired) High-speed internet capable of being wired (cannot use Wi-Fi for this position) A headset An office or quiet place in your home to work Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
