About the Role The Customer Experience team at arenaflex is dedicated to delivering the best possible user experience through process improvement, order management, and problem-solving. As a Customer Experience Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive their products quickly and efficiently. If issues arise, you will work tirelessly to resolve them, providing a positive experience that exceeds our customers' expectations. Your primary goal will be to drive positive outcomes for our users, and you will achieve this by interacting with buyers and sellers, resolving customer issues, and collaborating with other departments to troubleshoot and improve our processes. Key Responsibilities Interact with buyers and sellers, adopting a customer-first attitude to ensure a positive experience for all users. Resolve customer issues related to payments, orders, shipments, and general questions in a timely and high-quality manner. Become an expert in arenaflex's products, processes, and systems to drive positive outcomes for our users. Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot, research, and resolve open questions, seeking opportunities to eliminate repeat contacts and improve the overall customer experience. Work proactively to identify areas for process improvement, proposing solutions and implementing changes to enhance the customer experience. Essential Qualifications Open to working overnight shifts from 10pm - 7:00am PST. 2+ years of support experience handling email and/or chat services. Weekend availability required. Understanding of ecommerce and marketplace operations. Experience with customer-facing systems like Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom. Obsession with customers and a customer-first approach. Proactive problem-solver and process-improver. Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred. Previous startup experience is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of collectibles is a plus. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits As a Customer Experience Agent at arenaflex, you will be offered a competitive hourly rate of $24.04/hour to $28.85/hour, depending on your level, relevant prior experience, skills, and expertise.
