About the Role: Senior Product Designer for Customer Experience As a Senior Product Designer for Customer Experience at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our products and services. You will be part of our Customer Experience & Integrity (CXI) Design team, which is responsible for designing and delivering seamless and delightful experiences for our customers. Your primary focus will be on customer-facing user experience, and you will have the opportunity to design across all sides of our marketplace, including consumer, merchant, and Dasher experiences. Key Responsibilities: Lead the user experience of products end-to-end, including contributing to product strategy, running design sprints, and crafting visions Work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other disciplines to build and ship your designs Deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities Create, collaborate, and refine flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals Design and ship high-quality product improvements that drive customer satisfaction and business metrics About You: The Ideal Candidate We're looking for a senior-level IC with 5+ years of work experience in product design, who is passionate about leading product strategy and vision for new product areas. You should be a master of the design process, with a strong ability to balance strategy, research, interaction design, and visual design to achieve elegant solutions. You should also be skilled at communicating design decisions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the vision and strategy. Essential Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on customer experience and user-centered design Strong portfolio that showcases your design skills and experience Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience best practices Ability to balance strategy, research, interaction design, and visual design to achieve elegant solutions Preferred Qualifications: Experience designing for multiple platforms, including web, mobile, and tablet Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision Experience with front-end development and coding languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experience with design systems and creating design languages Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders What We Offer: Career Growth and Development Opportunities At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees. Compensation and Perks: We offer a competitive salary range for this position, which is listed below. Compensation in other geographies may vary. California Pay Range: $152,000 - $228,000 USD New York Pay Range: $152,000 - $228,000 USD Washington Pay Range: $152,000 - $228,000 USD In addition to base salary, the compensation package for this role also includes opportunities for equity grants.
