About the Role In this dynamic and flexible position, you will be responsible for answering customer enquiries via phone and email, generating quotes and invoices, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Our state-of-the-art, cloud-based systems, including sophisticated quotes and invoicing systems, Zoho CRM, and cloud-based MS Office, will be at your fingertips. Experience with CRMs and MS Office is essential, while familiarity with the Shopify platform, which powers our online Pet Flaps Superstore, will be a significant advantage. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information via phone and email Generate quotes and invoices using our cloud-based systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and other duties as required Utilize Zoho CRM to manage customer interactions, track sales, and analyze customer data Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a prompt and courteous manner Visit our stores in Corsock, near Castle Douglas, to dispatch customer orders via couriers and Royal Mail, requiring local residency and own transport Essential Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, you will possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook Experience with CRMs, preferably Zoho CRM Familiarity with cloud-based systems and technologies Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Good telephone manner, with a friendly and approachable demeanor Basic sales skills, with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products when applicable Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer needs Preferred Qualifications and Skills: Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms Knowledge of cat flaps and dog doors, or a willingness to learn about our products Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a remote or home-based setting Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues Ability to adapt to new systems and processes, with a willingness to learn and grow with our company Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
