Job Overview: Data Entry Specialist - Remote We are currently looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Puerto Rico. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of legal documents processed by our teams. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and confirming data entered into our systems, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed. This is a full-time, remote position that offers the opportunity to work with a leading company in the legal services industry. Key Responsibilities: Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Participate in ongoing training and professional development to expand your knowledge of the industry and our processes Investigate discrepancies and issues as they arise, taking proactive steps to resolve them Complete additional projects and tasks as assigned, demonstrating your ability to adapt and take on new challenges Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities. While no prior experience is necessary, data entry experience is definitely a plus. You will need to have a high school diploma or GED, as well as the ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. Exceptional attention to detail, a desire to be a team player, and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office are also essential. Additionally, you should be able to type at a speed of 60 words per minute or more.
