Job Overview This exciting opportunity is part of the Compliance Group within the Human Resources/HR Division at arenaflex. As a Data Entry Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining regulatory compliance by investigating and communicating requirements. Your responsibilities will include supporting the HR Compliance team and tasks, such as acquiring fingerprint/background investigation results, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring database accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Support the HR Compliance team with various tasks, including acquiring fingerprint/background investigation results and processing unique fingerprint freedom letters Maintain associations with TSA, Airport Authority Boards, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services Process daily FBI fingerprints into the Access database and troubleshoot any database issues Plan and analyze HR Compliance data between different files, working closely with HRIS and EC systems Conduct high-level investigations, custom reporting/dashboards, and standardize all data used for HR Compliance Collaborate with clients and teams on a regular basis Review completed Unique Fingerprint Applications and verify accuracy, retransmitting fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse as needed Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree and have a strong foundation in data entry, analysis, and compliance. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) and experience with the TSA Clearinghouse database.
