About the Role: Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative We are recruiting Dutch speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our team of game-changers who engage with customers from top brands that could be from tech, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare, or another leading-edge industry. As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls, emails, or live chats, identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, and building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication. Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound calls, emails, or live chats from customers Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools Meet personal/customer service team targets and call-handling quotas Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Essential Qualifications: We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, curious, and willing to learn.
