Key Responsibilities: Respond to live chat messages on our website or social media accounts in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to our customers. Answer customer questions, provide sales links, and offer discounts or promotions as applicable, ensuring that our customers are aware of the benefits and value of our products or services. Proactively address customer needs, resolving issues and concerns in a fair and courteous manner, and escalating complex issues to senior team members as necessary. Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, identifying opportunities to improve their experience and increase customer loyalty to arenaflex. Work independently in a remote environment, managing your time effectively to meet performance targets and deliver exceptional results. Follow detailed instructions and guidelines, adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service and quality. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: Device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone, Tablet, Laptop), with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with strong self-motivation and discipline to meet performance targets and deadlines. Strong ability to follow detailed instructions and guidelines, with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Availability for at least 5 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends as required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues and concerns in a fair and courteous manner.
