Key Responsibilities of the Seasonal Customer Service Representative As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support during the holiday season. Your key responsibilities will include: Answering escalated emails and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner Working queues related to orders that have not shipped, including investigating and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner Making outbound calls to customers to follow up on orders, provide updates, and resolve any issues that may have arisen Processing TrustArc requests and ensuring that all customer data is handled in accordance with our privacy policies Providing order updates to customers and ensuring that they are informed of any changes or delays Working closely with the Customer Service Supervisor and Department Manager to prioritize and complete work daily, including meeting productivity and quality standards Requirements for Success as a Seasonal Customer Service Representative To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of training and experience Peak call center experience or business experience that reflects an intense seasonality, including the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity and quality standards Excellent communication and listening skills, including the ability to empathize with customers and provide exceptional service and support The ability to maintain energy and initiative during a very short and intense season, including working extended hours and Saturdays as required Utilizing the telephone in customer contact, including making outbound calls and responding to inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner Ability to stay positive under sometimes stressful conditions, including managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines Knowledge of personal computers and basic math and business operations, including the ability to navigate our customer relationship management (CRM) system and other software applications Essential Skills and Competencies In addition to the requirements listed above, the following skills and competencies are essential for success as a Seasonal Customer Service Representative at arenaflex: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including collaborating with colleagues to meet productivity and quality standards Strong time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, including the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
