About the Role We're looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join the arenaflex team in a fully remote capacity, specifically as part of our LATAM team. As a Customer Support Specialist, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional support to our customers, helping them navigate and succeed with arenaflex's software. You'll become a product expert, guiding customers in setting up their accommodation websites and growing their vacation rental businesses. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include promptly responding to support requests, troubleshooting issues, and offering expert advice to help customers get the most out of arenaflex's platform. Key Responsibilities Provide top-tier support via phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries. Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Troubleshoot and solve general technical issues related to the arenaflex platform, utilizing your technical expertise and problem-solving skills. Report customer feedback and issues to relevant teams and follow up as needed, contributing to the continuous improvement of our software and services. Identify and document any software bugs or issues, collaborating with internal teams to resolve and implement fixes. What Makes You a Great Fit? To excel in this role, you'll need: Experience in technical customer support or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
