About the Role As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing white-glove service to our customers, utilizing all products within our digital SaaS product suite. Your primary focus will be on delivering concierge-style support, assisting with tracking orders, offering solutions to technical issues, and troubleshooting our incoming support volume. You will be the face of our brand, and your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential in resolving customer inquiries and issues through various channels, including email, chat, and external phone calls. Key Responsibilities Deliver concierge-style support to our customers, providing thoughtful, well-written messages that are an extension of the blithequark brand Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through email, chat, and external phone calls Provide feedback on recurring trends or questions customers may have, as well as suggestions for improving the overall customer experience Utilize digital platforms and SaaS (Software as a Service) to resolve customer issues and improve the customer experience Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve our overall service delivery Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with at least one year of work experience in a customer-facing role Previous customer service experience in a startup/technology environment is preferred Experience with digital platforms and SaaS (Software as a Service) is highly preferred Proficiency in Salesforce or other similar CS platforms/tools Adaptable and confident in picking up new software and technologies Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail A bias to action and a clear understanding of urgency, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently Proactive and positive when approaching problems and finding solutions, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working with inbound and outbound calls, customer retention, and inside sales Proficient in Microsoft Office, with basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications Comfortable working in a high-volume role, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Proactive and positive, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service delivery Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
