About the Role As a Social Media Sales Representative at blithequark, you will be an integral part of our client success team, responsible for initiating authentic conversations that lead to selling coaching programs through various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You will work closely with our teams to represent one of our esteemed clients, a Business Coach, and engage with their audience on social media. Your primary objective will be to drive sales, grow accounts, and provide exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Initiate new conversations with potential customers on social media platforms Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and drive sales Contribute to organic account growth through creative and engaging content Respond to active leads, close sales, and provide exceptional customer support Manage daily communication tasks, including reporting and team collaboration Requirements and Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must possess an advanced or native level of English (C1-C2), a strong desire to work in a sales environment, and a willingness to learn and grow with our company. You should have a fully functional desktop or laptop, a smartphone, and a stable internet connection. Full-time availability (8 hours a day, 2 hours on weekends) is required, and you must be located in any country in Latin America or Brazil. While previous experience in sales or marketing is not necessary, you must be 100% confident in your English skills and have a high interest in learning, making money, and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
