About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Experience Chatroom Operator to join our remote Conversion Improvement team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in handling millions of automated humanized conversations for our top clients and use cases. Your exceptional customer service skills, quick thinking, and ability to empathize with consumers will enable you to provide thoughtful, articulate, and appropriate guidance in real-time chat-based environments. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound messages via our chat room to leads regarding questions or concerns around products or services, utilizing point-and-click frequently asked questions and canned responses. Create ad-hoc responses that are relevant, appropriate, and compliant with industry and vertical requirements. Escalate conversations to leadership when needed, ensuring seamless resolution and exceptional customer experience. Document frequently asked questions for continual improvement, adding relevancy to canned responses and maintaining a knowledge base that informs our natural language model. Maintain 98% or above accuracy in response handling, with a strong focus on quality assurance and random audits. Achieve a Replies per Hour rate of 60 replies per hour worked, demonstrating exceptional productivity and efficiency. Participate in other projects as assigned, contributing to the growth and development of our team and company. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: Experience in a Customer Service Chatroom environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Experience writing responses to consumers in real-time, chat-based environments, with a strong focus on grammar, spelling, and logic. Familiarity with verticals like Automobile Insurance, Health Insurance, and Prescription Drug Plans, with the ability to adapt to new industries and subjects. Professionalism in all interactions, with exceptional attention to detail, a high standard of excellence, and a commitment to perfection. Comfortability on a computer, with advanced typing skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Good grammatical, spelling, and logic skills, with the ability to craft well-structured, engaging responses that meet the needs of our consumers. Exceptional verbal, communication, and written skills, with the ability to empathize with consumers and provide personalized support. Reliability and responsibility, with a strong commitment to designated schedules and deadlines. Strong internet/WiFi connectivity, with a reliable and secure home office setup.
