Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer calls to place orders and confirm eligibility, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Research standing orders and verify contract administration, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures Resolve customer issues and answer queries related to order delivery, providing clear and concise information and escalating complex issues to senior specialists as needed Ensure process efficiency by coordinating fertility plans and medications, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements to drive customer satisfaction and business results Maintain key performance indicator (KPI) reports for internal and external clients, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth and improvement Escalate complex claims to Senior Billing & Reimbursement Specialists when necessary, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and efficiently Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong customer service, organization, and time management skills. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Internet applications, with a strong ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding towards customer needs. A high school diploma or GED is required, and previous customer service experience is preferred. Experience with CRM software and handling customer inquiries is a plus.
