Job Overview We are currently seeking experienced customer service representatives to join our team as virtual customer support agents. As a virtual agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients through inbound phone and/or video calls, live chats, and other communication channels. This is a 1099 opportunity that offers flexible hours, 100% autonomy, and the comfort of working from your own home office. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support to clients through inbound phone and/or video calls, live chats, and other communication channels Guide and assist customers in finding answers to their questions and resolving their issues Utilize your home computer and internet connection to remotely answer customer support questions and provide assistance Participate in training and certification programs to enhance your skills and knowledge Choose from a variety of shifts and hours that fit your schedule, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to arenaflex's standards and policies Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: At least 6 months of customer service and/or administrative experience, with call center or phone support experience preferred A dedicated home office setting with a computer, internet connection, and headset High-level typing, communication, and computer skills Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Ability to work overtime and/or weekends if necessary Willingness to submit to a standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessments Technical Requirements To ensure that you have the necessary technical capabilities to perform this role, you will need to have: A CPU i5 (or equivalent), with i7 recommended Internet download speed of at least 5Mbs and upload speed of at least 3Mbs Network latency of 250 MS or less Operating system of Win 8.1 (64bit) or Win 10 (64bit) RAM of at least 4GB, with 8GB recommended A desktop or laptop connected to a nearby router or wall for firewall/security purposes Skills and Competencies In addition to the essential qualifications and technical requirements, we are looking for individuals with: Excellent administrative skills, including typing, communication, and computer skills Strong customer service skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and support Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our virtual agents with opportunities for growth and development.
