Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for handling maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts. Your key responsibilities will include: Handling a variety of customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner Analyzing payment history and notes to provide accurate and helpful information to customers Communicating statuses to customers and providing updates on their accounts Working in a metrics-driven environment and meeting performance goals and targets Collaborating with team members and leaders to achieve common objectives and share best practices Work Schedule and Environment Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 7AM-7PM, with no weekends. As a remote worker, you will need to have a productive, quiet, and distraction-free workspace with excellent internet connectivity.
