About the Role We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to provide top-notch support to our customers. As a key member of our call center team, you will be responsible for answering questions, resolving complaints, and troubleshooting issues related to our products and services. Your goal will be to deliver a positive experience for every customer, ensuring that their inquiries are fully resolved and that they leave with a lasting impression of our brand. Key Responsibilities Understand and address customer needs, complaints, or issues with products or services in a timely and professional manner Respond efficiently and accurately to customer contacts, explaining possible solutions and alternatives in a clear and courteous way Engage in active listening with customers, confirming or clarifying information, and diffusing tense situations with empathy and understanding Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality Strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while maintaining exceptional customer service standards Participate in training, coaching, and learning opportunities to expand knowledge of our company, products, and services Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and integrity in all interactions What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you should have a passion for creating amazing customer experiences, a growth mindset, and excellent problem-solving skills. You should be able to balance quality and quantity, think critically, and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues alike. Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Exceptional customer service skills, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a contact center or retail environment Proficiency with computers, including our CRM and tools, as well as basic troubleshooting skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (Spanish language skills are preferred but not required) Able to work in a fast-paced environment, sitting for extended periods, and performing repetitive hand and wrist movements Preferred Qualifications Troubleshooting technical skills, with experience in online gaming, sports betting, or iCasino platforms a plus Knowledge of multiple platforms and operating systems, with experience working in a dynamic and ever-changing industry Previous experience working in a call center or customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service What You'll Get At arenaflex, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including annual vacation, annual bonus, 401(k) program, health insurance, and home office allowance.
