Job Overview In this role, you will be the voice of arenaflex, cultivating relationships and retaining customers through empathetic and consultative approaches. Your primary objective will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex issues and transforming frustrated exchanges into positive outcomes. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: Efficiently navigating multiple systems to resolve complex customer concerns related to one or more products or services Uncovering customer wants, interests, and needs to effectively save products and offer additional services Demonstrating self-sufficiency through utilizing various support tools to research and resolve complex customer issues in a virtual setting Utilizing virtual communication tools to engage with your manager or support team for assistance Remaining proficient in explaining customer bills, managing billing, rate plan, and feature matters for one or more products or services Performing basic troubleshooting for one or more products or services Adhering to a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time, to ensure availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional service Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, you will be expected to work a full-time schedule (40 hours per week) with hours of operation subject to change, including possible mandatory overtime when business needs require. Current business hours are Monday – Friday, 7:00 am to 9:00 pm, and Saturday & Sunday, 8:00 am to 9:00 pm CST. Initial training/nesting hours will be Monday – Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (~3 months), with attendance mandatory daily. Post-training/nesting hours will shift to later hours, which may include Saturday and/or Sunday. Qualifications and Requirements To qualify for this work-from-home position, you must reside in the following states: SD, IL, IN, & WI. You must also meet the following requirements: Have verified internet service with a minimum of 18 mb download and 12mb upload speed Have an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection) Maintain your workspace in alignment with work-from-home standards (e.g., technical, security, physical, noise levels, Clean Desk policy, etc.) Participate in workspace audits (e.g., remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, etc.) Be available, accessible, and accountable to work during established work schedules and shifts Follow technical support processes, comply with organizational security and compliance standards, trainings, performance management, recurring management routines, manual and automated remote monitoring policies, etc. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure Extensive knowledge of arenaflex products and services Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in customer service or a related field Experience working in a virtual or remote environment Knowledge of arenaflex products and services Strong technical skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for career growth and development.
