Experienced Senior Business Analyst – Remote Data Analysis and Strategic Planning for Pharmacy and Retail Operations at arenaflex

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team at arenaflex. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, summarizing statistics, and imparting evaluation to help Pharmacy & Retail Operations control in both long- and short-term strategic planning, and the development and implementation of applications. You will maintain an in-depth knowledge of enterprise tactics and practices referring to all aspects of Pharmacy & Retail Operations and provide complex analysis to broaden fee benefits of proposed applications through data collection and analysis. Key Responsibilities Responsible for collecting, summarizing statistics, and imparting evaluation to help Pharmacy & Retail Operations control in both long- and short-term strategic planning, and the development and implementation of applications Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of enterprise tactics and practices referring to all aspects of Pharmacy & Retail Operations Provide complex analysis of corresponding data to build a business case for system and operational process changes, enhancements, and improvements Serve as an operational point of contact for various projects to drive project execution and communicate relevant project information to stakeholders Collect, analyze, and provide recommendations and data pertaining to proposed applications to meet the business and strategic objectives of Pharmacy & Retail Operations and the company Manage complex ad-hoc projects and analyses as needed Plan, design, and deploy suitable reports and tools Collaborate across Pharmacy & Retail Operations, IT, legal and regulatory, system development teams, and others to develop operational solutions Coach, mentor, guide, and provide oversight to less senior Business Analysts Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 1 year of experience with reading and reporting data to identify problems, trends, or exceptions to drive development of results and find solutions; OR, a High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of experience with reading and reporting data to identify problems, trends, or exceptions to drive development of results and find solutions At least 1 year of experience querying databases (for example, SQL, Golden, Business Objects, EDW, SAS, and/or SQL Server) Experience in identifying operational problems and recommending and implementing techniques to solve problems and issues Experience communicating the impact of business analysis results to business leaders Intermediate-level skill in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications Preferred qualifications include: Master's Degree or MBA Retail Pharmacy Experience Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
