Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our plan participants, members, and providers, responding to questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will provide customized communication based on client preference and individualized needs, creating a deep connection with our members by understanding and engaging with them without limitation.
