Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues, answering questions, and making customers feel valued and appreciated. **A Typical Day** * Answer incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner * Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries * Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge **What You Bring to the Role** * 6 months or more of customer service experience * High school diploma or equivalent * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong product knowledge and ability to apply it to customer inquiries * Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications **The Equipment You'll Need** * A reliable internet connection with a speed of at least 15 Mbps * A hardwired direct connection to your home router is recommended, but Wi-Fi connections are permitted on some assignments * A USB wired headset (Bluetooth headsets are not permitted) * A smartphone or other device that runs iOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in **What You Can Expect** * A supportive and inclusive work environment that values your career growth and development * A global team of curious lifelong learners guided by our company values * A base wage of $15 per hour, plus performance bonus opportunities * A comprehensive benefits package that includes PTO, tuition reimbursement, health and wellness incentives, and more * Ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow in your career **A Bit More About Your Role** At arenaflex, we're committed to ensuring that you have the skills and support you need to succeed in your role.
