**Job Summary:** arenaflex is seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics to join our Trust and Wellbeing team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the Adversarial Abuse group in identifying and eliminating malicious actors attempting account takeovers, spam, and other forms of abuse. You will also lead the Business Investigation group in producing insights, estimating uncaught badnesses, and distributing Transparency Reports for countries worldwide. We believe that everyone has the right to have a voice, and we strive to create a safe and inclusive environment for our users. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the Adversarial Abuse group in identifying and eliminating malicious actors attempting account takeovers, spam, and other forms of abuse * Lead the Business Investigation group in producing insights, estimating uncaught badnesses, and distributing Transparency Reports for countries worldwide * Understand, anticipate, and intelligently moderate risks from new, scaling industry patterns (e.g., generative AI) * Collaborate with the Strategy Advancement group to develop approaches using account, social, and content signals to describe harmful behavior * Convey powerful and productive operational execution (e.g., quality, service levels) in a global team working 24×7 * Engage, retain, develop, and foster brilliant talent * Manage accelerations with quick times required to circle back, provide data and content-driven insights, and implement solutions while creating associations with key cross-functional partners to assist with launching new products and approaches that effectively prevent adversarial abuse **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics) * Four years of experience or equivalent common sense experience * Two years of experience working with risk managers, fraud fighting at scale, and building/conveying logical experiences * Two years of experience working with designing teams that form data foundation and ML models * Two years of experience driving teams with the capacity to work non-standard weeks of work as accelerations require * Postgraduate education in a related field (e.g., research, design, information science) * Two years of experience with investigation of large datasets and anomaly discovery * Experience or demonstrated interest in adversarial abuse activities * Knowledge of SQL/R/Matlab * Exceptional influencing and leader relational abilities and the capacity to build associations with cross-functional partners * Magnificent business judgment, critical and analytical abilities, including using data to drive strategy and business action with a capacity to work in a quickly changing industry and oversee ambiguity while limiting uncertainty through quantitative insights **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working with large-scale data systems and machine learning models * Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and platforms * Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization tools * Experience with data-driven decision-making and business intelligence * Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams **Work Environment and Culture:** arenaflex is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that values innovation, creativity, and collaboration.
