You will work closely with our clients' customers, using your technical skills and problem-solving abilities to resolve issues and drive sales growth. This is a full-time, remote opportunity, and we offer a competitive compensation package, including a monthly sales bonus. **Responsibilities** * Actively listen to customers to understand their concerns and needs * Upsell products and features while emphasizing benefits and value * Demonstrate excellent soft skills to provide a best-in-class customer service experience * Provide information about current plans and products, and identify opportunities to improve or upgrade * Position new solutions that align with customers' needs and goals * Navigate multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy to resolve customer issues **Requirements** * High-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 10 MBPS (no satellite) * A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone * 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent * Quiet, secure workspace with minimal distractions * Must live in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Wyoming * At least 1 year of customer service experience * Professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette * Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting * Ability to thrive in a highly structured environment * Schedule with open availability, including evenings and weekends **Benefits and Perks** * $14 per hour base pay * Access to up to 50% of your pay immediately after your shift * Comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental, vision) and other benefits * Paid, virtual training to ensure your success in the role * Opportunity to grow quickly into a trainer or supervisor role * Eligibility to apply for new positions after 6 months of service, based on skills, education, experience, and current job performance **Career Growth Opportunities** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
