We believe that our employees are the key to achieving our purpose, and we are committed to empowering them to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our customers. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Customer Service Supervisor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Supervising a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure that they are meeting their performance goals and delivering exceptional customer experiences. * Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and growth, including the development of new processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience. * Monitoring and analyzing customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to address customer concerns. * Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including management, sales, and marketing teams, to ensure that customer needs are being met and that our services are aligned with customer expectations. * Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, including responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. * Providing regular feedback and coaching to team members, including conducting performance evaluations and developing plans to improve performance. * Identifying and addressing barriers to job performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing processes to improve efficiency and productivity. * Attracting, selecting, and retaining high-caliber talent, including developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent. * Building a cohesive team that works well together, including developing and implementing team-building activities and initiatives to enhance teamwork and collaboration. **Essential Qualifications:** * 3-5 years of call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading high-performing teams. * 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a highly transactional organization, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. * 1+ years of data analysis experience, with the ability to create charts and pivot tables from raw data using Microsoft Excel. * High-speed internet access (25 mbps or higher) and a router located in a place where you can set up and work with a direct connection (not Wi-Fi). * Ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Advanced computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, and QuickBase. * Project management experience, including experience with LEAN Six Sigma methodology. * Education: High school diploma or equivalent. **Compensation and Benefits:** arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $40,600.00 - $75,000.00, depending on experience, education, and other relevant factors. In addition to your compensation, you will be eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program. arenaflex also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, a 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
