As a Key Information Researcher, you'll be responsible for driving the development and implementation of AI models, working with internal partners to deliver exceptional visitor experiences, and managing the functional support and maintenance of ML-related products and services. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with internal partners to drive the development and implementation of AI models, identifying areas where business issues can be addressed creatively by applying ML. * Lead and work with cross-functional teams of data scientists and engineers to execute and scale ML solutions, creating extraordinary experiences for our visitors and pushing the limits of functional objectives. * Drive innovation, ideation, and proof-of-concepts that lead to the development of top-tier AI platforms. * Manage functional support and maintenance of ML-related products and services, ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality results. * Develop and implement standard techniques used in everyday tasks, working with specialty units to plan, design, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space. * Productionize ML models in predictive analysis, clustering, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, and other areas, assessing their performance on real-world datasets. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals in improving system performance, coordinating with existing software practices that produce efficient code, including automated testing, continuous integration, code style consistency, and code reviews. **Required Capabilities and Abilities** * 2+ years of experience in Python and predictive modeling, including TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, and other relevant technologies. * 2+ years of experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP. * Proficiency in SDLC, QA cycles, and Agile programming methodologies. * Master's-level experience in structured and unstructured data (e.g., images, video, text, audio, etc.) and SQL social and non-social datasets. * 2+ years of experience with data workflow management tools like Windstream or other similar tools. * Experience with version control systems like GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and CI/CD pipelines. * Experience in driving discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and expected outcomes, leveraging relational skills and determination to complete responsibilities. * Strong systems integration engineering skills, capable of transforming new technologies into business solutions. **Preferred Capabilities** * Experience with Docker. * Experience with containerization frameworks. * Experience with Kubernetes. * Experience with cloud platforms in GCP or other cloud platforms. * Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence. * Experience with Agile development methodologies. * Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment. * Experience with data visualization and data validation tools (e.g., Splunk, Plotly, Tableau). * Experience with audio analysis. * Experience with text analysis. **Education** * Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. * Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (desired). **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment. * Professional development and growth opportunities. * Flexible remote work arrangement. * Access to the latest technologies and tools. * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and talented individual who is passionate about data analysis and AI model development, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
