Experienced Customer Service Representative – Inbound Call Center Specialist for Excavation Services and Client Support

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with clients, answering incoming calls, and providing resolutions to their inquiries. Job Overview We offer a competitive starting pay rate of $19 per hour, with both full-time and part-time shifts available to suit your needs. Our comprehensive training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role. All classroom training takes place in our Piscataway office, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. After completing a portion of our phone training, you will have the opportunity to work remotely indefinitely, enjoying the flexibility and convenience that comes with it. Please note that you should plan to be in the office for at least one month to ensure a smooth transition. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: Answering incoming calls and assisting customers in completing locate requests and resolving their questions and concerns Processing web tickets and responding to web chat requests in a timely and professional manner Monitoring Emergency Interruptions (EIs) and calling out backup messages as necessary to ensure seamless service delivery Presentation and discussion of arenaflex's products and services to customers, highlighting the benefits and value we offer Performing other duties as assigned, demonstrating your adaptability and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Minimum accurate data entry speed of 35 words per minute, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of customer requests Ability to work independently in a high-volume, detail-oriented environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities Strong customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional support and resolving customer inquiries Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner Ability to prioritize work, multi-task, and adapt to changing circumstances, demonstrating your flexibility and resilience Consistent attendance and stable work history, highlighting your reliability and commitment to your role Ability to work and thrive in a dynamic professional environment, embracing change and continuous improvement Consistently meeting or exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), demonstrating your drive and dedication to delivering outstanding results Skills and Competencies In addition to the essential qualifications, the following skills and competencies are highly desirable: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
