Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our financial institution clients by providing top-notch support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing their concerns, and working closely with our internal teams to resolve complex issues. Key Responsibilities Handle calls from financial institutions in a friendly, resolution-oriented manner, ensuring that all client interactions are positive and productive. Manage help desk tickets by responding quickly, prioritizing issues, developing and employing workarounds to immediately solve user problems, and communicating resolution to affected users. Identify trends among tickets to determine the root cause of issues and work with internal teams to implement long-term solutions. Collaborate with the Product, QA, and Development teams to ensure that larger, underlying issues are addressed in a timely manner, corresponding to their priority level. Work closely with the Product team to inform future enhancements, conveying customer feedback and suggestions for improvement, as well as prioritizing these enhancements based on client needs. Ensure compliance with arenaflex policies, standards, and procedures, maintaining the highest level of quality and integrity in all aspects of your work. Perform other functions as necessary to support the success of our clients and the growth of our organization. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or commensurate industry experience in customer support or a related field. Proven experience working with customers in a support capacity, with a strong track record of resolving issues and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where constant prioritization is essential, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and achieving results. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner. In addition to these essential qualifications, the following skills and competencies are highly desirable: Experience working with financial institution software solutions or similar technologies. Knowledge of customer support software and ticketing systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and patterns in customer issues. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, internal teams, and vendors.
