Job Overview We are currently looking for highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. As a representative of arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering professional, knowledgeable, and courteous call support to cardholders, patrons, and transit operators who require assistance with fare media cards and accounts. This is a remote-based position, working out of Tullahoma, Tennessee, and offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a meaningful impact in the transportation industry. Key Responsibilities Answer all incoming fare media phone calls from customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. Process fax and email inquiries, ensuring that all customer communications are responded to promptly and efficiently. Perform all assigned tasks with accuracy and speed, following established policies, procedures, and written/verbal instructions. Ensure that all assigned issues are updated and resolved as efficiently and quickly as possible, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Answer all inquiries related to fare media, providing clear and concise information to customers and stakeholders. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school degree or equivalent, combined with a minimum of three years of experience in a Customer Service/Call Center environment. A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, even in high-pressure situations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work and respond in a high-volume situation, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously. Willingness to work extended hours as required, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded. Proficiency in typing, with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute (WPM), and strong skills in Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience working in a remote or virtual call center environment, with a proven track record of success in a similar role. Knowledge of the transportation industry, including fare media systems and customer service protocols. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other call center technologies.
