You'll work closely with our experienced team to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain accurate records. **Key Responsibilities:** * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns * Resolve issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed * Maintain accurate records, including customer information, service requests, and payment details * Collaborate with the dispatch team to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and ensure timely completion of services * Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, including HVAC systems and related technologies * Provide excellent customer service, ensuring 100% satisfaction with every interaction * Work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume atmosphere * Manage your time well, prioritizing multiple tasks effectively and meeting deadlines **Qualifications:** * High School diploma or equivalent * 1-3 years of customer service and/or HVAC dispatcher experience * Intermediate knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures related to dispatching * Excellent grammar and writing skills * Great phone skills are required! * Light Sales experience a plus * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word) * Customer service skills * Physical ability to sit for long periods of time * HVAC office experience a plus but not required * Knowledge of Service Titan and Quickbooks is a plus! **Essential Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency * Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines * Strong problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt * Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume atmosphere * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
