Job Overview blithequark's Customer Care division is hiring hundreds of Customer Care Representatives in the Las Vegas, NV area. We are looking for individuals who are interested in a flexible work schedule and are committed to delivering heart-driven service to our millions of plan members. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls, and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. Through your skills and knowledge, you will offer the solutions needed to help simplify their health care experience. Key Responsibilities Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans via inbound calls Answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions Offer solutions to help simplify members' health care experience Learn about health care and expand your own experiences Open doors to additional opportunities within blithequark Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements: Essential Qualifications 1 year of experience interacting with customers (i.e., call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience) Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications High School Diploma Preferred Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent experience Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills Work Environment and Culture At blithequark, we prioritize our colleagues' growth and well-being. Compensation and Benefits The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $27.90 per hour. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
