As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our claims management systems, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the claims coordination team in their daily operations. Key Responsibilities Primarily responsible for data entry of claims information into our claims management systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Follow up on missing information to process claims in a timely and efficient manner. Review invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness, identifying any discrepancies or issues that may arise. Compile reports from systems with claims information, providing valuable insights and supporting the claims coordination team in their decision-making processes. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Collaborate with the claims coordination team to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a related field, such as customer service, data entry, or administration. Basic computer and typing skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications. Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills. Must be willing to submit to a background investigation, with any offer of employment conditioned upon the successful completion of the investigation. Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
