Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service/Chat Agent to join our team at blithequark's U.S. Member Service Center in Oklahoma. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for answering a high volume of incoming calls and chats, resolving member inquiries, and providing support with online orders, tracking, and deliveries. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and chats from members, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Determine member needs and provide appropriate solutions, including answering general questions about blithequark.com and investigating complex issues related to online orders, tracking, and deliveries Offer compensation and alternatives as needed, ensuring that members receive a positive and satisfactory experience Act as a liaison between blithequark.com customers, merchants, purchasing, and operations staff, facilitating communication and resolving issues efficiently Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously on various screens while on the phone or responding to chats, demonstrating proficiency in technology and multitasking Employ critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve order/item/delivery issues, taking ownership and initiative to find solutions Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience High School Diploma or GED preferred E-commerce Member Service Specialist Certification after completion of a 14-day training course Past customer service experience preferred Proficiency in client assistance, computer education, professional business writing, and excellent communication skills required Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and split days off Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm Preferred Qualifications Solid background in customer support, including excellent interpersonal skills, prompt friendly service, and exceptional follow-through Ability to adapt and function well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Capacity to take ownership and resolve issues independently Strong time management skills Bilingual capabilities an asset Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
