Fluency in English and high technological proficiency are essential, as we operate in an online environment utilizing common software. Previous experience as an educator is highly desirable, as it will enable you to understand the needs and challenges of our teachers and provide tailored support. Key Responsibilities Listen attentively to customers' concerns, issues, and questions, providing empathetic and personalized support. Resolve customers' concerns and answer their questions to the best of your ability, ensuring timely and effective solutions. Maintain a positive attitude and respond calmly to customers' complaints, de-escalating conflicts and turning negative experiences into positive ones. Promote the product and the company positively, attracting customers and addressing any concerns or questions they may have. Recommend possible features to meet the customers' needs, demonstrating a deep understanding of our platform and its capabilities. Refer issues and questions to managers when necessary, ensuring that complex problems are escalated and resolved efficiently. Suggest features and improvements based on interactions with customers, contributing to the continuous development and refinement of our platform. Essential Qualifications 2+ years of experience in customer support or similar roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Flawless English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High proficiency in technology, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems. Previous experience as an educator is highly desirable, although not essential. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in an online environment, with a strong understanding of common software and technologies.
