As a native English speaker with a passion for helping others, you'll be responsible for handling support tickets across various tiers for our esteemed clients. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to provide top-notch support via multiple channels, including email, phone, Instagram, live chat, and more. Handle customer service tickets in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high-quality responses that meet our clients' expectations Provide exceptional phone support, demonstrating empathy, active listening, and effective problem-solving skills Work within our clients' platforms, including ticketing systems like Kustomer, Gorgias, and Zendesk, with comprehensive training provided Perform basic administrative tasks as required, depending on the client's needs Maintain a reliable internet connection to ensure seamless communication and productivity What We Look for in Our Ideal Candidate To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities.
