You'll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service both on the phone and in-person, marketing for new and continued customer business, and preparing and processing loans and income tax returns. We're looking for someone who is bilingual in English and Spanish, has customer service experience, and is eager to learn a new industry with paid on-the-job training. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide outstanding customer service both on the phone and in-person, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable. * Market for new and continued customer business, identifying opportunities to grow our customer base and increase revenue. * Prepare and process loans and income tax returns, using your attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency. * Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and branch objectives, contributing to a positive and productive work environment. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. **Essential Qualifications** * Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal communication skills) * Customer service experience, preferably in a financial services or related industry * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues * Basic math skills and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately process loans and income tax returns **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a financial services or related industry, with knowledge of loan products and income tax preparation * Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools * Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative) * Experience working in a team environment, with a proven track record of collaboration and teamwork **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Basic math skills and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately process loans and income tax returns * Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools (preferred) **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in fostering our employees' talents and providing a pathway for their individual career story.
