Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our state-of-the-art facilities, cutting-edge technology, and world-class customer service. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Assisting customers with all store services and products, including shipping and packaging, printing estimates/orders, and other services offered by our franchise owners * Processing customer sales through our point-of-sale system and maintaining accurate records * Providing exceptional customer service in person, through email, and by phone, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and timely manner * Up-selling, cross-selling, and actively participating in marketing and promotional initiatives to drive business growth * Maintaining the center's inventory, ordering, and stocking levels, ensuring a seamless customer experience * Interacting with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS couriers, other vendors, and all store staff to ensure efficient operations * Sorting and depositing mail in private mailboxes and capturing, completing, and organizing Virtual Mail tasks * Collaborating with management to maintain high standards of customer service, quality, and safety **What We're Looking For** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Previous customer service or sales experience in a retail environment * Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to translate customer requirements into final products or services * Ability to multitask, handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and excellent time management skills * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with customers, vendors, and team members * A high school diploma or equivalent, with a valid driver's license required * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Google Suite, Windows operating system, and other computer hardware and software * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and some supervisory skills preferred **What We Offer** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy: * Competitive compensation of $14.00 per hour * Opportunities for career growth and advancement, with a clear path to leadership roles * Comprehensive training programs in management, sales, operations, print, signs, design, and marketing * A dynamic and supportive work environment that celebrates individuality and fosters growth * Flexible scheduling and a fun, collaborative team culture * Opportunities for professional development and continuing education * A range of benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and more **Physical and Safety Requirements** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll need to: * Stand behind a sales counter for extended periods of time * Lift at least 50 pounds * Communicate clearly with customers by email, phone, and in-person * May be required to operate a motor vehicle * Perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner **How to Apply** If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth, we want to hear from you!
