Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Virginia. As a Member Service Representative, you will provide exceptional telephone assistance to arenaflex Medicaid members and providers, addressing a range of inquiries, including eligibility, provider changes, and requests for ID cards. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming member and provider calls, responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits, and programs Provide accurate and timely information to members and providers, ensuring a positive experience with each interaction Meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in customer service Utilize high-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable, adhering to our technical requirements Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member and provider issues, promoting a culture of teamwork and cooperation Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You must also be able to commute to our office in Linthicum, MD, when unable to work from home due to technical issues. Compensation and Benefits The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $31.30 per hour, depending on experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
