Job Overview We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Caremark Member Operations division at arenaflex. Key Responsibilities Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions Take inbound calls and provide solutions to help simplify our members' health care experience Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific client groups Receive comprehensive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise Offer solutions and support to help our members better understand their coverage and options Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer service Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: At least 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications A high school diploma or equivalent experience Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism Ability to exhibit patience and empathy, and express assurance and confidence Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: An associate's degree or equivalent experience Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards At least 6 months of health care experience Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable with technology and able to learn new systems and processes quickly Career Growth Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our colleagues.
