You will also be tasked with selling our Connected Home product and other offerings to customers on every call, engaging with them to understand their technology needs and selling protection and tech support solutions. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and assist with customer concerns in a professional and respectful manner Sell arenaflex smart home and other products on every call, meeting sales activity goals and objectives Explain device capabilities, wireless carrier data product offerings, and company policies to customers Meet goals and grow from feedback and coaching, continuously improving your performance and skills Escalate calls to the appropriate tier of customer service function when needed, ensuring seamless issue resolution Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as customer service experience and a desire to upsell to customers. You should be able to retain knowledge, learn and memorize product information, and provide attention to detail in every customer interaction. Additionally, you should be friendly, professional, and respectful, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
