Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry and Enterprise Data Strategy Professional to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Digital Risk Products & Data Strategy (RPDS) crew, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and credit & fraud risk control excellence. Your expertise will help us innovate and improve our credit and fraud risk techniques, decisioning models, and data strategies across the customer lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Support the development of revolutionary and impactful strategies through strategic partnerships to drive business growth and credit & fraud risk control excellence Support the Enterprise Data Strategy across the customer lifecycle via dependent and risk-based total principles Analyze present and new data reasserts to find opportunities that will optimize our data answers & purchases and address business needs Review and monitor data quality, insurance, and freshness Analyze present data to develop metrics with the intention of supplying robust controls and insights Collaborate with new data and present partners to perceive new data possibilities and decorate present data change processes Closely partner with colleagues across CFR Data Strategy, Product Owners, Compliance, CFR Risk Strategy, CFR Fraud Strategy, and Decisions Science Support the team with third-party relationships management and adherence to arenaflex's Third Party Lifecycle Management program Essential Qualifications Demonstrated capacity to work independently and across a matrixed organization to deliver solutions at top speed Ability to manage and lead large-scale projects with multiple past functional partners Good communication and influencing skills with a capacity to translate data and analytics into business insights and recommendations, conceptualize and promote ideas Strong technical skills to perform data analysis, analytics, and matrices tracking/reporting Knowledge of Python, SQL, Spark, SAS, and familiar with big data and cloud environments Experience in a financial services company in a data or method function Knowledge of Credit Risk and or Fraud Risk standards, practices, or outside Credit or Fraud Risk data reasserts preferred Master's Degree or higher required, attention in a quantitative discipline preferred Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under fluid surroundings Preferred Qualifications Experience in a remote data entry role or a similar position Knowledge of enterprise data strategy and its applications in financial services Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services Certification in data analysis, data science, or a related field Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we prioritize the growth and development of our team members.
