Job Overview We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Client Care team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering heart-driven support to our members, helping them navigate their pharmacy benefit plans, and providing solutions to improve their healthcare experience. Key Responsibilities Accept inbound calls and respond to questions regarding pharmacy benefit plans, medication coverage, and mail order solutions Provide clear and concise information to members, ensuring they understand their coverage and options Offer solutions and support to members, addressing their concerns and improving their healthcare experience Utilize computer applications and systems to access member information, process requests, and resolve issues Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless service delivery Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience) Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications Preferred Qualifications Ability to issue tackle in a positive, helpful way Open to interacting with members in a patient, supportive manner that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the member's quality of life Reliability and consistency with scheduling principles Ability to demonstrate patience and empathy and express confirmation and confidence Strong customer service skills, including courteous phone etiquette and excellent communication skills Solid oral, written, and interpersonal skills Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
