Experienced Quality Engineer for Data Entry and Quality Assurance – Remote Opportunity with arenaflex

Job Overview We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Quality Engineer to work on a remote basis, with a focus on data entry and quality assurance. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing QA for designing exercises and QC for creation/producing support, and will work closely with the designing/quality groups to ensure the highest standards of quality are met. This is a full-time opportunity, with a competitive salary of $26 per hour, and a range of benefits and perks. Key Responsibilities Support the designing/quality groups in their activities, including planning and executing surveys of testing exercises for advancement and conformance Develop and maintain detailed test plans for all periods of item testing, and foster test methodology, experiments, and survey results Participate in Bill of Plan evaluations, CTS, DFMEA, PFMEA, DVP&R, CTR, and other quality-related activities Provide analysis from tests led and verifiable data, and create, maintain, and improve specialized documents and formats Make test development schedules and test execution plans, and research test failures through data analysis and risk of failure in the field Support warranty claims for internal data, and be mindful to identify and assess potential risks in design/producing that could influence customer quality Collaborate with the engineering team, quality department, manufacturing, and production to ensure the highest standards of quality are met Perform capability studies, gage R&R, and lead root cause analysis procedures and design quality records Provide QA during item improvement/Research and development, and QC support during manufacturing and production Have knowledge of PPAP, APQP, and other quality approval processes, and review and execution of customer requirements SOR or Technical specifications/requirements Essential Qualifications 2+ years of experience in QA/QC, approval, testing, item development, or a related field BS or equivalent science degree, or no degree with adequate experience Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices, including PPAP, APQP, and other quality approval processes Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends and patterns Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment Knowledge of data entry and quality assurance software and systems Experience with testing and validation methodologies, including design of experiments and statistical process control Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Certification in a quality-related field, such as CQE or CQA Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
