About the Role As a Customer Care Representative for Retirement Services at arenaflex, you will be the voice of our company, providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers. Key Responsibilities Utilize exceptional customer service skills to answer calls and respond to customer inquiries about retirement products, ensuring accurate and complete information is provided. Identify customer needs and provide personalized service to ensure positive outcomes, engaging more knowledgeable team members as necessary. Locate and research information using multiple systems and technologies to resolve customer inquiries efficiently. Coordinate with cross-functional departments to obtain or provide necessary information, ensuring seamless issue resolution. Document customer interactions and associated actions, following up on outstanding items in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain a basic understanding of our products, procedures, and systems, continuously updating your knowledge to provide the best possible service. Achieve departmental metrics and expectations, contributing to the team's success and growth. Participate in a team-based environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives. Essential Qualifications Associate's degree in a business field or equivalent experience, demonstrating a foundation in customer service or a related area. At least one year of experience in a call center, customer service, or the financial services industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Ability to communicate professionally with customers, both orally and in writing, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in all interactions. Capacity to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to different situations and priorities with ease. Proficiency in using MS Office tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies. Preferred Qualifications Understanding of retirement products, such as 401K, IRA, and 403(b), with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Experience navigating multiple screens and systems simultaneously, with excellent multitasking skills. Previous experience working from home or in a remote setting, with the discipline and organization to manage your time effectively. Background in the financial industry, with knowledge of relevant products and services. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar customer relationship management (CRM) systems, with the ability to learn and apply new technologies. Experience with product promotion, with the skills to effectively communicate the value of our services to customers. Working Conditions This role is based on working from home, requiring a dedicated workspace with minimal distractions, ensuring you can focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Hours of operation are between 8am and 7pm CT, with the requirement to work any of these hours and have open availability Monday through Friday. Compensation and Benefits The compensation for this position is estimated to range between $33,280 and $41,600 annually, depending on qualifications and operational needs.
