Proficiency in managing billing inquiries and familiarity with ticketing systems are essential, as is a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. Prior experience in Fiber/Wireless/Voice Internet Service Provider support is preferred, and a High School Diploma or GED is required. Being bilingual in Spanish is advantageous, as it will enable you to provide support to a diverse range of customers. Essential Qualifications A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
